Product Placement Gone Awry

So those few people out there who actually enjoy CBS' new drama Cane, just couldn't be left alone in peace by the show's sponsor Cheverolet. As it turns out, Chevy spoiled a plot right after cutting to a commercial from a very dramatic scene. 

itsy bitsy *SPOILER ALERT*
What? None of you watch Cane, so its ok? Oh that's great! So what happened was one of the main characters (no I couldn't bother myself to look up his name on wikipedia), after escaping his wedding in (of course) a Cheverolet Silverado pickup, ended up trapped in a burning sugar cane field. Cut to commercial, the truck bursts out of a wall of burning sugar cane and the announcer asks, "Did you think that Silverado stunt was hot?"

Very little backlash was received for this (unfortunately). But, with Bond driving a Ford, Heroes driving Nissans, where'd you think this was gonna go next?
